ateem wants to make a mask for his Art (Pendidikan Seni) exam.. so, i said to him, "ha! Ateem ske Transformers kan?? jom kte buat mask Optimus Prime!" he was soo thrilled when i said that and he agreed..

but, we ended up making this robot mask instead coz i dunno how to make it look like Optimus Prime.. ateem said he wanted the mouth to be able to open up.. fuh, creative gak budak ni nk buat mask bley bukak2 mulot kn.. so i told him to cut-off the mouth into 2 so that it can be opened n closed..

me n ateem did this mask to practise for his Art exam.. i was afraid if he couldn't make it on his own.. so b4 the exam, i told him to cut and make the mask alone n he did! it was a bit sloppy but, it's looking good!


here's the stuff to make the mask:

• violet manila card (base)
• yellow transparent plastic card (eyes shield)
• blue semi-transparent hard plastic card (mouth)
• large rubber band (to tie the mask)
• markers (drawings)
• hole puncher
• scissors
• pencil
• ruler
• glue

ok.. that pose is weird..

no more friendster

i closed my Friendster account.. coz i'm too lazy to update it plus, there's nothing to do there n most importantly, i hate pervs!!

i'm thinking of deleting my Myspace account too.. but, hmm.. dunno yet..

n if i make a Facebook account, i'd be addicted to it just like when i used Lana's account to play that spelling game which i can't remember the name in Facebook..

i haven't been uploading photos to my Flickr too.. should i cancel that too?

haih~ i dunno why, but once i've started to do sumtin i really really like, i juz can't stop doing it! it's like all the stuff that i like to do are screwed inside my brains n told it to operate doing those stuff over and over again.. this time, it's the sims..

juz wna tell everyone that, since it's a holiday, i'm gna be taking a break for while from all of my works to PLAY THE SIMS!! yes, i'd say that it's quite selfish of me, but, hey, i deserve a break as i've been working my ass off for the past 5 months whether on assignments, revisions, Hulala Artsy or I Are Talk.. so, i think i'm gna start working again some time next week..

that depends on whether i've finished cleaning up my room! i'm telling you, my room's like a backstage of fashion runway now coz my clothes are all over the floor, bed.. huh~ tu la.. shopping byk2 lagi..

oh, my Canon 450D camera, which still doesn't have any nickname is sent to the ward already.. i sent him (yes, it's a HE) at Keat Camera last week... hopefully his cyclop eye gna get better.. eh, cyclop.. ok.. i'll name my camera Cyclon den.. haha! dear Cyclon, please be ok coz i need to use u again during my cam-whore moment..

yaaaaaaaayyyyy!!! i finally uploaded my audio visual!! but, one thing i don't like about this is that, i actually have all the parts fit in with the song when i do it in Flash.. but, once i uploaded it, the moving images doesn't fit the song! bummer...

never mind.. i've learnt how to upload videos on the internet :) this is my first time uploading video on Vimeo.. let me know what you think.. i know it's kinda kid-ish and looked like a person who learns Flash overnight did it, but, i tried... i had a lot of breakdowns in producing this audio visual.. it's soo stressed.. so, that's what i've managed to come up with..

i have a funny story bout this assignment.. i did it last minute and had to go to my lecturer's office at 10.30PM and shove the poster for another assignment which i did late too and the CD containing this motion graphics under my lecturer's door.. suddenly, out of nowhere, my lecturer came to his office and i was caught shoving those things under his door! i tried not to feel embarrassed and keep smiling.. hehehe........ but, i could tell from his face that he wasn't very keen of having students sneaking around shoving late due assignments under his door at night..

you know i love this stuff! it's soo neonic! the bright colours and cool gadgets makes it look fun and futuristic. moreover, it's for MTv! the part i like the mostwas at the beginning, with the colourful gradient for the logo's background and swirly hypnotic stripes (though it's not coloured) as well as the Number 10 clip.

creativity is the cream of cupcakes

yesterday on Creative Studies Exam, i answered the number 1 question:

"Based on your own understanding, interpret the word Creativity"

and i answered (at the last paragraph):

creativity is like the cream of cupcakes. it makes the cupcakes presentable. without the cream, the cupcake will just be a delicious muffin perhaps, but cream makes it more exciting! the cream completes the cupcake. the cupcake is the idea by the way.

adoyy.... b'belit-belit aku jawab! why do i say creativity is like cupcakes..? i think it's coz i've been eating cupcakes which i bought from Petronas near my house... the cupcakes are controlling my brains and forced me to hail them by making me symbolize creativity as the cream of the cupcakes! gaa~ i ate 2 pack of cupcakes (8 cupcakes each) for this week alone.. am i gna get diabetes coz of that...?

Warrior's Dance by Prodigy
when was the last time you see cigarette packs light themselves on fire? this is the first fo me.. Prodigy's song always makes me feel like dancing.. this video makes me wanna dance to the 'orang lidi'! is it stop motion or what? i'm not so sure.. but, i'd never thought you can make 'orang lidi' out of cigarette packs.. the first part when the cigarette packs transformed into 'orang lidi' reminds me of Transformers.. love this song by the way..

huh! i almost forgot Friday's d submission for Creative Communication Campaign Poster. our task was to come out with a campaign and make a poster for it. our marks will be judged by the poster ONLY. nothing more.

sape punye idea buat 'Drink Your Veges' Campaign ni?? haha! at first, Yan came up with the campaign for 'Eat Your Veges'! we were very thrilled to go for that idea coz we figured no one's ever done it before..

den ble dah last2 minit ni.. bru nk edit d photos that Dy dah amek using her sister as a model for the ad. but suddenly after 2 hours of editing d photo, we just realized that the photo Dy had taken was in smaller sizes! can't print it in A3 paper.. mmg pixelated nnt.. so.. ape lg.. Dy amek cam.. shot me with a Blender full of sink water.. haha..


wrong size! Dy's sister was cute though.. :D

den we changed the poster title to 'Drink Your Veges' coz it's Cooler than eating it.. hehe.. plus it's more innovative.. if just eat ur veges, people won't look at it seriously.. it's like forcing someone to do what they don't wna do.. if we put Drink Your Veges, people will say "whoa.. ok.. that's new.. why should i?" so we put the details of the activities fo d campaign at d bottom right fo them to know more about the campaign.. what's left is just d venue.. alamak.. baru t'ingat nk letak!! the word campaign pun lupe letak! haih~ nevermind...

if u noticed, d 'V' at the 'Veges' is shaped like a leaf.. that's our campaign logo..

looks so easy to do coz it's in fast mode. but, judging from every detailed pieces Dave did for the lego house, i guess it really took him a long time and painfully swollen fingers to build that house till the whole hundreads of frames finished shooted. can u imagine doing that lego house bit by bit and interveined with taking shots of the finished parts again and again? fuh~

and did you noticed those birds that look like they're flying in the sky? they're actually made on top of the lego board. still, they look like thy're flying.. that's a genius idea.

i ave nothing to say bout this except for how excited i am when i found this cute weird monster characters at Blog Spoon Graphics post on58 Wonderfully Cute Illustrated Monster Characters. these cute monsters will make you go voice out their own voices. meaning that these illustrations have their own voices. the designers manage to capture emotions through the cute monster's design. that's what characters design should be all about: projecting emotions through characters design.

this is what i managed to came up at the very last minute for MI A2 Thematic Poster. i really could not think about other idea to promote this t-shirt.. i wanted to make it done as soon as possible because i didn't want this poster to be submitted late too. at least i've submitted this poster.. the original t-shirt image is so small.. i couldn't even understand some of the original illustrations on d tee.. so i drew my own images.. dh desperate sgt kn..

now, just left the Flash of the Audio Visual Promotion of this t-shirt, which i can't even do it now coz my stupid PC won't recognize my headphone.. i can't do the Flash without my headphone coz i wouldn't be able to hear the audio i'll use for the Flash. how can i create a Flash Motion Graphics that's synchronized with the audio without a speaker or headphone?? can someone lend me a speaker???

ish! this is soo frustrating!!! i have no will to do anything anymore.. but, i'l try doing it anyway.. coz i'm Mein..
