that guy's voice is soo high pitch! and i kinda get the whole circle2 thing goes with the title f the song and i've never really seen such video, you know with the hands claps, gestures, dances and stuff. the colours suggests 80s electronic pop music. it looks retro in some ways. found it at Kanye West's Blog. not a fan of him, but whatever. his blog's great.
