Hulala Artsy's releasing the Comot Itu Chomel Syangat T-shirt.. i was looking for some ideas to advertise it.. that's when i found this rollover menu from YACKFOU. it's from their Shop page.. YACKFOU is a clothing label from Berlin-Friedrichshain. as for the label name, you understand la kan..

i like the rollover pictures of the menu.. first, they wear nothing.. when you hover, the pictures represent the menu's name..i like the idea for the Sweater & Hoodies section.. it's as if they're saying "if you're cold, wear our sweaters!" and that guy on the Sales section really have the right face and act to represent the word 'Sales'.. cool lah! :D

i tried finding the right material for the necklace, but, it's hopeless.. they're either expensive or not practical or senang putus.. so, if any of you want a Beadxels, you'll have to buy the necklace yourself.. bout d keychain, yeah, i can find some wire and bend it to make it look like a keychain's chain.. uuh.. hope u can understand what i'm saying..

my name's on Malay Mail!!

my fon's alarm clock ave been ringing fo minutes to wake me up.. n so i did.. i straightly turn on my computer like i always do as i wake up.. i logged into my ym.. i read my offline msgs.. 1 of it stated:

DangerField: Mein!!! we're featured on Malay Mail today! go get a copy!

my heart goes "aaaaa!!!!!" wen i read that offline msg!! sronoknyeee!! my names' on the newspaper again! yea, it's not d 1st time my name's on newspaper.. once, me n my high school frens entered a Celcom Youth Ambassador (CYA) 2006 Competition n we got through to semi-final stage fo Kuala Lumpur's CYA.. our name was on the Utusan Newspaper, congratulated by Celcom for being 1 of the 2 semi-finalist of Selangor state.


but dis time, it's huge! at that time, people dunno wat CYA is.. but, I Are Talk? I Are Talk's one in a million, dude! there's a statement in Junior's (IRT's founder) interview wif Malay Mail said that there are not many websites such as IRT run by Malaysians..

usually we only find entertainment news from Perez Hilton, MTv n some other western entertainment websites n blogs.. now, we can actually be proud as Malaysian to have Malaysians bringing you d latest not just celebrities but, technologies, music, movies, fashion, art and design news; just about everything interesting that we stumbled upon on d internet!

yeehaa~! finally, i've turned my drawings into stickies! oh, stickies are stickers.. Hulala's producing new stickers called Hulala Stickies! n d very first set of Hulala Stickies are Hulala Artoons!

Hulala Artoons are a bunch of characters dat i drew.. maybe with a hint of provocations.. but, i made em coz i wan people to relate to their inner-self.. find themselves.. which one are they: Puki-Puki? Tenot? Boon? Dodol? if you noticed, d only have one emotion: happy! dat means, whoever u r, whatever u do, however people judge u, just be happy wif who u are..

i've added some new characters in Hulala Artoons.. they are:

• Boon tatau wat bnde laen other than skating.. ble dea skate, org salute dea.. ble sroh dea wat kje, jgn harapla..

• Noni ni hantu budak yg ske terbang sane-sini sambil mengharumkan tmpat yg dilaluinye ngn bunga apetah kt kepale dea..

• Tongtron ialah tong sampah electronic yang slalu t'cabut kepalenye.. tp, dea slalu try psang balik kepale dea..

for the rest of the characters, find out bout them here. these names doesn't just stop there.. i'll do more of these Artoons just to make the collection bigger..

i'm not gna be surprised if Hulala Artoons actually become Hulala Cartoons! haha.. coz kamil said maybe he'll make a cartoon out of these characters.. hey, it's a brilliant thought ;)

Hulala Artsy Original Print Tag

n maybe Hulala Artsy will have new original printed tag at the bottom right back-side of our clothes.. i'm not sure if Fariq will approve it yet.. but, i've designed a new print tag to replace d old 'ibuythisat Hulala Artsy' dat are printed at the back of our current t-shirts now.. this print tag will help to avoid any copies of our clothes.. so dat people can distinguish d Original Hulala Artsy T-Shirts n d copycats..

last friday, my parens n kakja asked me to be a photographer for their DCL Demo at Tanjung Malim.. we went to Politeknik Sultan Azlan Shah..

bt d thing is, what i really want to show u is my drawings.. hihi.. i made this along d journey.. maybe i'll turn them into Hulala Artsy new stickers..

thanx Kamil coz came up wif d phrase "Comot itu Comel..." :) dat's coz that day i mkn comot2 den suddenly he got an idea for my next t-shirt design - "Comot itu Comel!" haha! so, it's good that i ate comot2 that day..

Syafiq Sado plak slalu ckp "Chomel syangatt..." haha! sooo sweeett.... den, i combined those words into "Comot itu Chomel Syangat..." hah... i have such an inspirational group of frens... n i'm thankful fo dat.. :)

got a new design for Hulala Artsy, the indie clothing label i'm working with.. it's called 'You Dart Me!'! i'm not sure wether it should've been You Dart-ed Me.. Aggy, if u're reading this, can u tell me which one's right? coz if i'm wrong, i'll have to change the typo.. nobody likes a t-shirt with mispelled words and grammartical errors right? it'll look cheap..


the idea behind this design is dat it tells people somebody has got ur heart.. aaawww....

my inspiration? hmm.. dunno.. i juz wanted to replace d wort "got" in d sentence "you've got me" into sumtin else.. so, i used d idea of a dart hit a bulsey as a metaphor to "you've got me"..

as u can see up ther, the bulsey is shaped like a heart.. wif striking colours and patterns to show d exciting feeling to know somebody likes u..

neway, no copy2 aa.. do ur own designs! so dat u won't look too desperate to get money out of sumtin which didn't come from u at d 1st place.. dat's so LOW, dude..

Youth 09: Yes YOUTH Can!

as i mentioned last wednesday, i went to YOUTH 09 for two days to sell Hulala Artsy's merchandise n my very own used clothes. it was really fun n crowded! there was dis time wen we had alot of customers and 3 of em wanted to buy our stuff at once! if only we have more hands... uuh.. i take dat back..
